岗位职责：

Develop and drive engineering programs for new products;

Hands-on test and debugging of digital systems;

Collect and analyze product requirements and conduct feasibility study;

Participate in product integration test, fine-tuning &bug fixing as well as product certification;

Work with cross-functional team to accurately implement actions as agreed with the customers;

Provide feedback to customer with regards to design issues or concerns, recommendations and next-steps on product design and functionality;

To work together with both electronics and mechanical engineers in converting customer R&D requirements like customer’s bill of material, ERS, drawing specifications, and test requirements;

招聘要求：

Education/学历：Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent

Language/语言：Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Experience & skill/经验、技能：

At least 5 years of related experience;

Experience working with RF equipment and design tools is required;

Knowledge in connectivity technology such as USB, WIFI, Bluetooth, RFID, GPS, UART, SPI, I2C is required;

Experience working with LabView or other test automation programming is a plus;

Organized and systematic approach to engineering validation and testing;

Good understanding on Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and common manufacturing practices;

Good understand in documentations (Test instructions, Assembly instructions, Bill of Materials, etc.);

Good command of both spoken and written in English;

Others/其它：

Can multi-task & willing to render overtime as needed
