Requirements 

Team player with deep cross-group collaboration and program management skills, with experience developing efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good communication and management skills and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

Ability to lead and impact/influence in cross-functional, global teams, Strong combination of business, technical, supply chain management knowledge base 

Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities

 Fine-tuned communications skills (both written and verbal) and Proactive leadership skills and High tolerance for ambiguity 

Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate and coordinate multiple functions to achieve objectives 

Responsibilities 

 Drive program deliverables by creating timeline and action plans, allocate resources, create communication plans and ensure programs are completed efficiently and on time. 

Develops Concept Commit (project concept, scenarios / recommended solutions, business case / budget, resource requirements, schedules). Report progress to senior management and resolve conflicts, escalating when necessary. 

Clear performance objectives, timelines and measures of success will be established through different phases of program.

 Develop and maintain business relationship with customer and maximize customer satisfaction.
