岗位职责：

1. 管理由质量工程师组成的小组，验证产品与需求的一致性。

Manage a team of QE Engineers to verify product compliance against requirements

2. 领导，安排和协调QE团队的日常活动，管理测试计划，以符合各个项目的测试要求。

Lead, schedule and coordinate the activities of the QE Team, in the development and execution of Test Plans, test programs to meet individual project objectives

3. 利用已有的测试技能，掌握额技术和产品知识设计test case，制定分析和验证产品的测试策略。

Apply test methodology, engineering and product knowledge in the design of test cases and testing strategies for the analysis and qualification of products.

4. 撰写QE部门文档，开发配套测试套件以确保测试可靠性，可扩展性，成效性和需求一致性。

Develop quality engineering documentation and test suites to assure reliability, scalability and performance as well as conformance to requirements.

5. 定义和跟踪设计质量矩阵，例如测试失败和不符合设计标准。

Define and track design quality metrics such as test failures and non-compliances to Design standards.

6. 与开发设计部门和客户/项目经理紧密合作，按照产品需求完善测试范围和测试覆盖。

Work closely with design engineering and customers to harmonize test scope and test coverage.

7. 从 QE角度参与产品设计的Review。

Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements.

8. 根据项目开发过程中发现的问题，不断改进 QE流程，并对产品设计过程中出现的问题提出建议。

Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality engineering activities and provide recommended process improvements to management.

9. 为日常工作中的沟通，结论和一些统计提供分析报告。

Prepare reports to communicate activities, results and statistics.

技能要求：

1.       8年硬件或者软件设计经验；

8 years of hardware or software design experience.

2.       3年工程质量管理经验；

3 years of quality management experience.

3.       通讯工程或者计算机专业优先；

Communication engineering or computer science is priority.

4.       熟悉测试原理以及测量技术；

Be familiar with test theory and measurement technology.

5.       熟悉可靠性模型，FMEA和MTBF。
