Successfully performing full cycle of recruitment activities
Administer HR policies and benefit programs periodically.
Attract, Retain and Develop talent required
Reviewed and ensure adequate compensation and benefits are awarded.
Participate in engagement programs.
Monitor attrition rate of workforce
Local legislative requirements
Compliant and fulfilling all local legislative requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years HR relevant experience in Manufacturing environment
Regional exposure in multinationals is an added advantage
EDUCATION AND/ OR PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
Degree holder in any discipline, able to use English as working language
