Overview
This position will be responsible for Shenzhen Facility Employee job qualification /audit related tasks deployment, employee activities, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in education/human resources or other relevant field.
2. 3-5 years' related working experience in multinational companies as HR generalist.
3. Proactive, self-motivated, strong ownership of the job.
4. Good English communications skills.
5. Open, mature and flexible personality.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
7. Experice in organizing Employee activities is preferred.
8. Good in office tools, esp. excel, word,ppt.
Responsibilities
Employee Job qualification
- Mornitor and follow up WI the job qualification process with functional managers.
- Follow up with managers/supervisors the employee is assessed to ensure employees who operate defined equipment/process are trained, assessed and qualification are certified.
- File the related original document as required.
Internal and External audit Coordination
- Coordinate with other functions to prepare pre-audit documentation as required and fulfill audit tasks
- Complete Root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action report. Drive and follow up
improvement actions as aligned to close audit findings
- Keep WI and HRD related document updated as required
Wellness programs and in Shenzhen Facility activities
- Work with regional wellness team to deploy wellness programs in Shenzhen Facility
- Drive and monitor with other departments to organize employee activities like birthday/holiday, service award arrangement as instructed
Other assignments
- Work with government and coordinate with employees on Hukou application
- Other support on preparing Invitation letter for trip. Apply for business Visa application (Korea, Vietnam, Japan ,HK Business Visa, Cancel work permit,etc)
- Other hoc HR activities and the necessary support required
