The （高级）自动化测试工程师（Senior） Automation Test Engineer will be based in 东莞Dongguan.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Responsible for automation project management in functional test areas for all the products for quality improvement, productivity improvement and cost reduction, including initiation, sourcing, design, business negotiation, installation, qualification, deliver to maintenance, ensure project implemented on time with good performance.

负责测试领域自动化项目管理，包括产品的启动、采购、设计、商务谈判、安装、鉴定、交付维修等，确保项目按时、高效地实施。

• Perform automation supplier sourcing and business negotiation, including defining buyoff criteria, experiment, schedule, onsite support service, spare and consumable part, potential conversion and upgrading plan, etc.

执行自动化供应商采购和业务谈判，包括确定验收标准、验证、计划、现场支持服务、备件和易耗件、未来的转换和升级计划等。

• Lead automation testing design, do assessment and approval for the final design, do cost analysis to find out reasonable price and saving analysis, make sure the final solution is the most optimized, low cost, flexible, user friendly for mass production.

• Manage automation resources including project leader, IT engineer, assembly & test engineer, hardware engineer, software engineer, DFx, PD, IE engineer, automation supplier.

• Research new automation testing technology and application work out automation strategies in line with company's strategic plan each year.

• Monitor and drive test yield development through put improvements

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Associate's degree or above

大专以上学历

• 2+ years‘ experience in test maintenance/product testing/ failure analysis。

2年以上测试维护，产品测试，失效分析经验

• Capability of handling foreign customers

有与外国客户处理问题的能力

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Fluent in English

有较好的英语读写能力，能与客户进行简单的英语交流及电话会议

• Power test experience
