Job Description

The Project Engineer 项目工程师 will be based in Dongguan.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

 • Dedicated Automation Project Engineer to coordinate between vendors, factory and automation team.

 • 专门的自动化项目工程师，以协调供应商，工厂和自动化团队之间的关系

 • Early involve in automation machine DFM review with Vendors and automation team

 • 早期与供应商和自动化团队一起参与自动化机器DFM审查

 • Manage automation station delivery micro schedule after officially KO

 • To follow up automation readiness(5M) and execution during Auto build

 • 在自动构建过程中跟踪自动化准备情况（5M）和执行

 • Operation training, awareness of sensitivities IF any during Auto build

 • 在自动构建过程中进行操作培训和敏感度认知

 • Bridge between automation team and operation team to ensure immediate feedback on UPH/ quality / others to ensure MP having least issue

 • 构建自动化团队和运营团队之间的桥梁，以确保对UPH /质量/其他方面的即时反馈，以及确保量产的问题最少

 • Provide status reports as per established schedule

 • 按既定时间表提供状态报告

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

 • 3-5 years project follow up or related experience.

 • 3-5年的项目或相关经验

 • Strong Communication with cross function team

 • Confers with all support team personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop corrective action, method improvement to resolve problems.

 • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

 • Must have English communication skills, both written and oral
