Position 
Mission Lead regional technical team to provide technical services for customers in south of China, be responsible for training function to define and deliver external/internal training plan and ensure the implementation.
带领区域技术团队，为华南区客户提供技术服务；并作为技术部培训职能负责人和培训师，确保对外及对内培训计划的制定和实施。

Responsibilities
◆ Define internal sales and industry customers and dealers training plan and ensure the implementation in quality. 制定内部销售和行业客户及经销商培训计划，确保高质量完成。
◆ Provide training to industry customers, dealers and real estate developers. 向行业客户、经销商和房地产开发商提供培训。
◆ Develop and update of training materials related to technical, including product application, installation, etc. 开发和更新与技术相关的培训材料，包括产品应用、安装等。
◆ Manage the regional technical team to support business in south of China. 管理区域技术团队以支持华南区业务。
◆ Provide technical consultancy/service to sales and other internal team. 向销售和其他内部团队提供技术咨询/服务。
◆ Develop technical solutions to customers and provide corresponding support for the implementation. 向客户开发技术解决方案，并为实施提供相应的支持。
◆ Properly handle customer quality complaints, provide solutions and cause analysis for customer product quality complaints. 妥善处理顾客质量投诉，为顾客产品质量投诉提供解决方案和原因分析。
◆ Support in booth design, display manufacturing, installation and dismantling. 在展台设计、展示制作、安装和拆卸方面提供支持。
◆ Support in displays/mock-ups target to company showroom, dealer showrooms and customer training. 向公司展厅、经销商展厅和客户培训提供安装维护方面的支持。
◆ Collect and report to Technical Department Manager about the market trend and competitive trend of hardware product. 收集并向技术部经理汇报五金产品的市场趋势和竞争趋势。
◆ Other tasks related to technical support or assigned by Technical Department Manage. 与技术支持相关或技术部门经理指派的其他任务。

Experience:
◆ More than 6 years of work and at least 3 years’ working experience in technical service function. Preferred in industries such as hardware fittings or furniture. 6年以上工作经验，3年以上技术服务工作经验。五金配件或家具等行业优先考虑。
◆ Experience in technical service and training. 技术服务和培训经验。
◆ Experience in furniture development or furniture process or fur
