岗位职责:
1. 协助部门经理制定调研计划和调研方案
2. 定期或不定期地进行市场走访,收集有利于开展研发工作的情报信息
3. 对目标市场进行前期的市场调查和分析
4. 收集、整理和筛选市场信息资料
5. 提交行业、市场走向、产品技术动态和策略等方面的分析报告
6. 归档市场调研相关资料文件,建立信息资源数据库
任职要求:
1. 本科学历,市场营销或统计学等相关专业优先:
2. 经过ISO9001,IATF16949,ISO14001,SA8000等专业培训优先。
3. 精通定性研究各种方法,至少有3-5年相关工作经验;有座谈会,深度访谈或焦点小组访谈主持经验
4. 精通数据检索、执行能力、理解能力、沟通能力、文书写作能力
5. 熟练使用WORD 、EXCEL等办公相关软件;熟练掌握SPSS等统计软件
6. 熟练的英文听说读写能力,英语可作为工作语言.
Responsibilities of product and Market Research Specialist
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the Department Manager to make the research plan
2. Conduct regular or irregular market visits to collect information that is conducive to R& D center.
3. Conduct preliminary market investigation and Analysis on the target market
4. Collect, sort out and reorganize market information.
5. Submit analysis reports on industry, market trend, product technology trends and strategies, etc.
6. File Market Research related documents and establish information resource database
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in marketing or statistics is preferred:
2. Experienced in ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001, SA8000 and other professional training is preferred.
3. Proficient in various methods of qualitative research, at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in chairing symposiums, in-depth interviews or focus group interviews
4. Proficient in data retrieval, execution, understanding, communication and writing
5. Proficient in using word, Excel and other office related software; proficient in SPSS and other statistical software
6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language.
