岗位职责:
1. 通过精准的调研手段,准确把握市场及客户需求,提供科学的决策依据;
2. 实现组织职能、情报职能、分析职能。
3. 负责产品孵化、产品规划及生命周期管理;
4. 负责孵化产品的市场管理、营销信息的统计分析工作、营销推广建议;
5. 负责组织管理;
6. 贯彻执行上级安排的各项临时性工作任务;
7. 负责新研发项目的创新研究。
任职要求:
1. 本科学历,数学类、统计类、管理类、经济类等相关专业:
2. 经过ISO9001,IATF16949,ISO14001,SA8000等专业培训。
3. 五年以上电子烟产品市场调研与创新研究经验,或类似电子制造服务行业十年以上同等管理经验;
4. 擅长产品的市场调研、创新研究,产品创新研究思路及产品信息分析提炼流程;
5. 卓越的计划、绩效、组织、制定规格的能力、分析能力,抽象思维能力。;
6. 熟练的英文听说读写能力,英语可作为工作语言.
Responsibilities of Innovation & Research Manager
Job responsibilities:
1. Accurately grasp the market and customer needs and provide a scientific basis for decision-making through accurate means of investigation;
2. Realize the functions of organization, intelligence and analysis.
3. Responsible for product incubation, product planning and life cycle management;
4. Responsible for market management of hatching products, statistical analysis of marketing information and marketing promotion suggestions;
5. Responsible for organization and management;
6. Implementing temporary tasks arranged by superiors;
7. Responsible for innovative research of new R&D projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majoring in mathematics, statistics, management, economics, etc.
2. Through professional training such as ISO 9001, IATF 166949, ISO 14001, SA8000, etc.
3. More than five years' experience in market research and innovation research of electronic tobacco products, or 10 years' equivalent management experience in similar electronic manufacturing service industry;
4. Good at product market research, innovation research, product innovation research ideas and product information analysis and refining process;
5. Excellent planning, performance, organization, specification-setting ability, analytical ability, abstract thinking ability. ;
