DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Develops annual budgets for assigned accounts.
Ø Provides monthly order forecast to support budget.
Ø Achieves order volume to meet budget objectives.
Ø Plans and manages the sales effort for assigned customer base.
Ø Meets regularly with assigned customers to address all business related issues.
Ø Develops and implements strategies to penetrate accounts, find new opportunities, and increase order volume.
Ø Coordinates with product marketing group to map value chain for automotive OEMs.
Ø Assists in order budgeting and project orders on a monthly basis.
Ø Identify opportunities in targeted business segments (e.g. Infotainment, Safety, Electrification, and Comfort &Convenience) that can be realized as legitimate business opportunities through the Amphenol RF global technology portfolio.
Ø Engage with all departments and manage opportunities from concept through design to manufacturing, to ensure successful closure.
Ø Build strong customer relationships with all stakeholders; purchasing, engineering, etc.
Ø Ability to travel when necessary, minimum of 25-50%
Ø Maintain funnel of new business opportunities and track progress.
Ø Assist in the preparation of strategic plan, budget and other presentations.
Ø Other duties as assigned.
requirementS
Ø B.A. or B.S. is required. BS in Engineering is preferred.
Ø 5-8 years automotive related experience is preferred.
Ø 5-8 years RF/electronic component related industry experience is preferred.
Ø Excellent inter-personal skills, team-player, and problem solving capability.
Ø English language proficiency
Ø MS office proficiency
