Job Responsibilities:

1、Responsible      for material management, including inventory management, production      planning and control, warehousing and China Customs and logistics;

2、Manage      planning of materials per product demand and ensure all planning      parameters are maintained and updated in the MRP system;

3、Review      material status, summary reports and conduct periodic capacity review with      CIE and production department, review the material planning with warehouse      and production to ensure products are produced as per company’s business      plan. Able to make value added recommendations for continued improvement;

4、Work      closely with supplier and monitor material receiving, kitting, stock      ledger accuracy and finish goods delivery;

5、Work with      purchasing for material delivery, pull in or push out to improve inventory      turns;

6、Manage      logistics & custom clearance to ensure on time delivery;

7、Manage,      coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and      which delivers best practice results.

Qualification:

1、Bachelor      degree in Logistics Management with additional diploma/certification      in material management;

2、Minimum 10      years’ experience in EMS industry, with at least 3 years at management      level; managing material planning & control, warehouse and custom      & logistics.  Experience in OEM is preferable;

3、Have the      knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000, ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS documents;

Strong      leadership and communication skills;

4、Computer      proficiency in MS Office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint.       Knowledge in Oracle and SAP is an advantage;

5、Good      command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua;

6、Work base      in Lowu
