工作职责Responsibility:
Sales
1、 Support Sales to achieve the committed Net New Business objective (NNB)
2、 Leads Sales with the definition of future target business list (TBL) / NBO / Pipeline, and emerging market needs
3、 Managed the Automotive sales team in China and responsible for the budget planning, tracking, and reporting results along with corrective action based on customer feedback. (Booking & Revenue)
4、 Lead & Coordinate tech shows, and creating sales opportunities with a consistent brand management plan
New Business Development
5、 Establish close relationships with customers and various departments to ensure that the company's strategic business plan can be fully deployed to regional sales teams and customer groups.
6、 Conducted market analysis in the region, led the team to make complete sales plans for key OEM customers, and create business development plans for new customers, and help develop product line portfolios.
7、 Understand market trends, lead & perform benchmarking as required with support from engineering, and predict design trends in the product line strategy, develop cost models, define market support gaps, and assist with the creation of gap closure plans.
8、 Develop innovative roadmaps and marketing strategy
9、 Regional connection to Product Line Strategy, and lead regional execution into territories
10、 New product innovation extension to current and new customers
Cross Functional
11、 Create diversified businesses according to distributor's needs, cooperate with engineering to develop new products and provide necessary help, market analysis and research
12、 Leverage our distribution network to promote new customer leads within the region
13、 Regularly participate in business review with management, and provide analysis of new business risks & opportunities.
14、 Regularly review program performance and work with cross-functional teams to support regional sales teams, and maintain customer satisfaction and customer audit representatives to perform relevant sales functions as required.
15、 Lead regional preparation of the yearly budgets based on new products, running programs and new TBL
Management
16、 Manage the regional sales team, resolve budget and other KPI issues by implementing the corrective action plans to flex monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan to achieve forecasted budget (Target vs. Actuals)
17、 Manage and approving sales expense activities
18、 Hire, mentor, and train new hires, and follow our onboarding process
19、 Continue to develop sales capability model for sales team to include sales training
20、 Organize and drive internal product line trainings for sales & engineering (train the trainer)
21、 Set yearly sales goals, KPIs, and manage mid-year and end of year employee reviews
22、 Manage the following: local, transfer, distribution, and intercompany business
任职资格Requirements:
· Bachelor degree , Engineering Majors a plus
· At least 8 years of direct sales or business development experience in the automotive market, and 3 + years automotive sales management and distributor management experience
· Business negotiation skills and contract review experience is required
· International Automotive APQP and Program Management experience is required (PMP preferred)
· Able to maintain good communication skills with people at all levels and customers, with strong interpersonal skills
· Radio Frequency - Interconnect, radio head end unit, automotive camera, antenna, and harness knowledge is a plus
· Strong automotive network and contact list for OEM’s, Tier 1, and distributors is preferred
· Willing and able to lead, mentor, and guide a sales in a fast paced environment
· Strong personality, collaborative nature, transparent, and proactive leadership
· Excellent oral and written English skills, mandarin is a must
· Travel required 25-50%
