高级研发工程师
 

责任：
1. 根据客户的要求，独立进行电机机械设计（直流或无刷），根据APQP要求进行项目工作
2. 管理项目的开发周期，从概念设计到设计方案，DV和通过PPAP
3. 从事直流电机或驱动器机械设计工作和使用Solidworks准备所有图纸
4. 准备和完成DV试验报告。
5. 准备电机或驱动器方案（BOM和绘图）及跟踪样板的制作和测试。
6. 准备电机结构和外观图来满足客户的要求。
7. 跟踪零部件的成本信息以便给客户报价作参考。
8. 与工艺工程师紧密合作，产品设计从样品开发，企业内部的制造到量产
9. 参与降低成本和提高性能的设计。
10. 支持解决产品问题的持续改善和参与改善生产力的活动。
 
要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，6-10年工作经验。主要研究：电机/电子/机械/制造工程。
2. 有系统工程和制造行业经验者优先。
3. 永磁直流电机设计经验，专业要求：机械/电气设计。
4. 良好的英语读写能力，口语良好者佳，普通话流利！
5. 自信，良好的组织，以结果为导向，具有良好的问题解决能力与分析的头脑和报告。
6. 具有在DOE，QFD，DFMEA，DFM，TS16949，APQP的经验优先。
7. 较强的领导能力，优秀的人际交往和沟通能力。

Senior Motor Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Independently work on motor mechanical design (DC and BLDC) according to customers’ requirements.
2.Manage the project development cycle, starting from generate a design proposal, conceptual design, DV and go through PPAP.
3. Perform the DC motor or actuator mechanical design work and prepare all drawings by CAD software (Solid work).

4. Work with suppliers to do ESI for tooling study and kick off tooling.
5. Prepare the DV test and complete DV report.
6. Propose motor configurations and outline drawing to fulfill customer requirement
7. Get all the components cost information for quotation.
8. Work closely with process engineers to transfer product design from sample development to production.
10. Work with SC & SQE to cost down for engineering dept. such as design improvement both cost and performance.

11. Support to solve product issue or to improve productivity.
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, 6-10 years experience. Major study: Motor / Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
2. Strong knowledge of fuel delivery system and manufacturing are an advantage.
3. Experience in PMDC and BLDC motor & design, mechanical / electrical design or application is must.
4. Knowledge in DOE, QFD, DFMEA, DFM, TS16949, and APQP are preferable.

5. Master in Solidworks、PRO/E、UG and CAD，and Office software such as Word/Excel/PPT.

6. Good command of English writing and reading. Fluent in Mandarin speaking. Good English speaking is preferred.
7. Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented, having good problem solving skill with analytical mind and reporting.

8. Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
