Job Title:Senior Project Engineer; Printer Product

Reports To: Senior Engineering Manager

Location: Dongguan

Position Overview: The Project Engineer is an intensely driven individual who will play a key role in the company's efforts to develop new and high performing printer product

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Identify new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes to create high performance,.

* Insure that manufacturing specifications, industrial design, testing,tooling, mass production, packaging requirements, forecasting, marketing and collateral materials and technical documentation for launching new products adhere to strict schedules so products come to market on time and with maximum impact.

* Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape in the printer, both domestically and internationally

* As the company's product expert, provide ongoing technical support

* Meet with key business partners to investigate new ideas and support new product introductions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* BS engineering or a scientific discipline, MS or MBA preferred

* 5-7 year’s printer products experience demonstrating progressive levels of responsibility managing a portfolio of development projects with minimal supervision

*Familiar with Printer industrial standard and testing protocol

* Experience leading an engineering team as well as a talent for collaborating across multiple departments and working with outside contractors

* Financial acumen to deliver products at target manufacturing costs

* Experience managing research and development budgets

* Proven record of successfully developing and launching new products

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* English language skills a plus
