Responsibilities:
1.Manage order;
2.Handle customer complaints and returns;
3.Reply customer enquiry;
4.Follow payment;
5.Process engineering sample and follow new product order review;
6.Conduct other related issues.
Qualifications:
1. College or above, major in English or International Trade preferred;
2. More than 1 year related experience;
3. Skillful writing, listening and speaking in English;
4. International trading knowledge;
5. Good command of Microsoft office and be familiar with ERP;
6. Strong sense of responsibility.
