Position Overview:

Mgr I R&D/Product Dvl Engineering is leader of transmitter pressure sensor engineering. Must be capable of lead team member finish project on time and effectively communicate with Department Mangers, Engineering, Production and other departments.

Responsibilities: 

1. Review and approve technical documentation to ensure the correctness in technical aspect.

2. Understands the steps to take a design from concept to mass production and ability to formulate DOE and write test reports.

3. Define and timing the project plan to ensure the project meet the requirement of customer.

4. Identify the technical issue which will impact the delivery of the production and lead to fix the problems to ensure the regular order running smoothly.

5. Training & guide team members for business and professional area to promote people grow up for career development.

Qualifications：     

1. Mechanical or Mechatronics/electronics etc.     

2. 3~5 years R&D Manager experience in pressure sensor development.       

3. Good communication skills and able to work well in a team environment.

4. Good command of English (reading and writing and verbal).
