岗位职责：

1. Evaluate potential and existing supplier's compliance to the BPS SQM requirement.评估潜在和现有供应商是否遵从BPS的SQM要求

2. Track and report established supplier performance indicators.  跟踪并报告供应商绩效指标

3. Perform new supplier qualification and new part FAI approval.  新供应商认证和新料的FAI承认

4.Continuously assist and provide technical support to strategic suppliers in the development and management of their ongoing improvement programs。战略供应商发展及持续跟进中提供相应的技术支持。

5. Regular audit and track supplier performance and provide data/play a key role in quarterly or semi-annual management review with strategic suppliers. 定期对供应商进行审核，为季度或者半年度战略供应商的选择提供数据基础。

6. Coordinate and review failure analysis/root cause activities (SCAR) to assist the suppliers with the development of corrective/preventative action resolutions协助失效分析和原因分析，辅助供应商制定改善对策。

7.Maintain detailed records of supplier surveys and quality improvement plan/progress维护供应商调查记录以及品质改善计划。

8. Supplier Score-card Performance Review and QBR meeting with suppliers供应商绩效评估。

岗位要求：

1. College or bachelor degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial Engineering.大专及以上学历，机械，电子相关专业

2. Minimum 3 years' experience in supplier quality management in with good hands-on experience onsemiconductor or cable,.三年以上半导体/电子料供应商管理经验，能够良好的处理半导体/电子料/线材品质问题。

3. Knowledge and experience in quality engineering/tools and component engineering/failure analysis. 必要的品质工程知识。

4. Knowledge and experience in QSA quality system audit and QPA technical process audit to suppliers 熟悉供应商QSA品质体系审核及QPA技术制程审核。

5. Good communication/Coordination skill.良好的沟通协调能力。

6.Good in spoken and written English and Chinese英语表达良好。
