Responsible for compensation and benefits for all SZ employee
Qualifications
•Bacheler or Degree holder in Business/Human Resources Management or related disciplines
•At least 2 years experience in Human Resources field
•Knowledge of C&B
•Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office
•Advanced writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
• Handle monthly payroll and bonus calculate and payment, IIT Social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance management and maternity allowance declaration
• Maintain and update HR information and system including roster, cityray, compass and attendance system
• Provide C&B related service to employees such as income and employment certification and all kinds of HR reports
• Handle and assist annual market salary survey, promotion, merit, budget and performance management
• Responsible for employee exit process
• Personnel files management
• Performs the ad-hoc assignment as required
