岗位职责：

1、负责新产品开发的结构设计，评审、修改及模具跟进工作；

2、新产品研发到试产再到量产阶段整个过程的跟进、问题解决。

3、负责跟进产品新工艺、新技术和新装备的研究，并对产品的试产和量产过程中持续追踪，对产品的生产工艺和成本控制等提出改善方案；

4、负责项目可行性调研和方案设计，产品可行性报告的撰写与拟定。

5、负责新产品生产过程中异常问题的处理和解决。

6、能识别项目中各类风险，并制定风险应对措施。

7、产品设计资料和技术资料的归类、维护、整理；

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. Responsible for structural design, review, modification and mold follow-up for new product development;

2. 2.Follow-up and problem solving of the whole process from new product development to prototype to trial production to mass production;

3. 3. Responsible for following up the research on new technologies, new process, and new equipment, and continuously tracking the trial and mass production of the products, and providing improvement plans for the production process and cost control of the products;

4. 4.Responsible for project feasibility study and product design and completing the product feasibility report.

5. 5. Responsible for dealing and solving any problems in the production process of new products.

6. 6. Be able to identify various risks in the project and develop the risk response measures

7. To category, maintain and manage all the product design materials and technical materials

岗位要求：

1、 本科以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化等相关专业， 8年以上电子烟产品设计与开发工作经验；

2、 有陶瓷雾化芯结构设计的优先

3、具备独立设计能力，熟练运用Inventor、AutoCAD等设计软件；

4、熟悉产品结构设计、开发整个流程，能自主推进项目；

5、掌握结构设计、材料、加工及模具等方面的专业知识；

6、英语4级以级，具有良好的英文口语及书写能力，有与国外客户打交道经验的优先；

Job Requirements:

1. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechanical & electrical engineering, etc., more than 8 years’ experience in e-cigarette product design and development;

2. 2.The design experience of ceramic atomization core structure is preferred

3. 3.Has independent design capabilities, be able to skilled use of Inventor , AutoCAD and other design software;

4. 4. Familiar with the whole process of product structure design and development, and be able to promote the project independently;

5. 5.Master the professional knowledge in structural design, materials, processing and molds;

6. English level 4 or above, has a good English speaking and writing skills, has the experience of dealing with foreign customers is preferred;
