We are a French Buying Office  and  looking for a QA Supervisor  to join our Quality Assurance Team in our Futian Office:

Job Duties:
-   Supervise  a team of engineers
-   Manage quality assurance projects from start to finish
-   Provide technical expertise  support to Merchandising team
-   Evaluate new products and risk assessments to ensure full compliance  with the 
     up to date on defined legal and quality requirements
-   Conduct root cause analysis and work out immediate corrective action plan 
    when complains receive
-   Ensure Fnac Darty’s quality procedures and standards are met by suppliers

and 3rd party lab
-   Determine testing requirements for products and conduct In-house testing of

samples with full report writing
-   Issue QC protocol to QC process after product review
-   Perform factory audit / production visits when required including on-site follow up 
    of corrective action plan
-   Monitor returns and customers complaints, investigating when  required and take

     appropriate action to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer

     satisfaction
-   Assist 3rd laboratory, suppliers, French quality team and merchandising team to 
    solve test/quality issues
-   Review test reports issued  by 3rd party laboratory and ensure all reports received as
    scheduled
-   Knowledge in electrical products would be an advantages

Qualifications:
-   Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering
-   Min. 10 years’ experience in quality assurance handling sundries items preferably
    from European buying office, trading company or testing laboratory
-   Possess practical experience in ISO9001 & SA8000
-   Practical experience in factory audit,  ISO9001 & SA8000 would be an advantage
-   Well familiar with European test standards, especially French standards
-   Good understanding of European products certification: CE, LVD, EMC, RED, WEEE
    & RoHS, ErP, RED, EN71, EN581
-   Proficiency in PC operation:  Outlook and Windows (Word & Excel)
-   Fluency in both written/spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is

    a MUST

-   Able to communicate independently with our French QA Team
-   Good supervisory skills, details-oriented, solution driven and a good team player
-   Must allow to work in Hong Kong and China
-   Frequent travel to other provinces is required

- 审查由第三方实验室出具的测试报告，并确保收到的所有报告都是预定的

辛請资格：

- 电子工程学文凭或学士学位持有者

- 10年质量保证处理杂貨经验及来自欧洲采购处、贸易公司或测试实验室优先考慮

- 拥有电气产品知识将是一个优势

- 拥有ISO9001和SA8000的实践经验

- 有工厂审核、ISO9001 和 SA8000 实践经验者优先

- 熟悉欧洲测试标准，尤其是法国标准

- 熟悉欧洲产品认证：CE、LVD、EMC、RED、WEEE & RoHS, ErP, RED, EN71, EN581

- 熟练PC操作：Outlook和Windows (Word & Excel)

- 流利的英语和中文（粤语和普通话）书面/口语是必须的

- 良好的监督能力，注重细节，解决方案驱动和良好的团队合作精神

-需要经常出差到其他省份
