Position Details:
1. To perform failure analysis of customer RMA, initiate PRP to address the root cause, corrective and preventive actions together with process owners.
2. To communicate with customer for RMA PRP/FA/CAR report via PLM and global quality team to satisfy customer expectations.
3. To verify the effectiveness of PRP in shop floor to make sure all related corrective & preventive actions are implemented in shop floor properly and effectively.
4. To monitor overall customer RMA performance and drive for continuous improvement in term of DPPM reduction
5. To provide failure analysis support needed from both internal & external customers.
6. Support related quality activities e.g. FMEA during PDP/NPI/Transferring phase.
7. Develop product Quality Plan.
8. Initiate outgoing/OBA working instruction/criteria and train & certify OQA/OBA personnel.
9. Perform regular process audit to make sure process in control.
10. As quality prime to provide regular training of advanced quality tools and quality criteria (e.g. SPC, MSA, FMEA, Fiber handling, Industry standard etc) to internal team at plant-wide.
11. Monitor product quality performance (process yield performance and outgoing quality performance) to drive for continuous improvement.
12. Verify the implementation of ECN and effectiveness of corrective/preventive in shop floor.
13. To drive/lead quality related initiatives.
14. To report quality performance to customer as requested.
15. Lead product safety audit including UL, CSA etc.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in a multinational company, at least 1 year in quality area.
3. Familiar with quality improvement tools.
4. Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
5. Working experience in optics is preferred.
