PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Order processing, forecast handling, order re-schedules, shipment arrangement;
-Handle customer complaints, coordinate with Quality & Eng. dept for RMA;
-Conduct customer satisfaction survey;
-Generate/Review dept reports (Open order, Booking, Billing, OTD, RMA etc) on daily, weekly and/or
monthly basis; ensure report correctness;
-Assist manager in monitoring day to day operations; and in consolidating billing/forecast information for
further analysis;
-Complete appointed job given by superiors at the right time and with good quality.
Education, Qualification and training
-University graduate preferred
Experience or skills required
-over 3 years working experience (with proven supervisory experience) preferably in electronic manufacturing field but not necessary
Specialised knowledge or skills required
-Independent, detail-oriented, strong sense of customer service, good command of English, basic computer knowledge
