This job is suitable for people who are efficient, hardworking, and detail-oriented; and who enjoy communicating with foreigners in English.  This would be suitable for young, single people who are looking to gain experience in international business affairs.

Main Duties
1.Replying customer emails
2.Answering customers’ phone calls and providing services
3.Handle returns and after sales enquiries for customers
4.Following up on customer order’s
5.Assisting the team leader making each process smooth and reporting any exceptional cases
6.Giving feedback to the team leader and colleagues about customers’ feedback and workflow issues
7.Cooperating and communicating with other team members to provide excellent service and feedback
