BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
• Enhance LEAN manufacturing concept and culture in TTM SZ and SH E-MS, as well as lead LEAN projects in order to drive more businesses and maximize profitability by improvement from cost, speed and quality perspectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodology, leading activities, establish and execute plans with the close cooperation and support of the plant leadership team. All actions must support to KPI target attainment and lean initiatives implementation.
• Responsible for partnering with plant and business leaders to define the key value streams that will have the greatest impact on the business and the customers
• Coach Lean Manufacturing Leaders and plant leadership in the use of Lean tools and the simplification methodology to drive significant business impacts, and hit the targets.
• On time complete own GEMBA Kaizens to improve OI significantly.
• Develop and implement kaizen plans that are aligned with business objectives.
• Drive process improvement and associated efficiencies and cost savings, with an emphasis on eliminating and minimizing waste as defined by LEAN
• Improve customer satisfactions and reduce cycle-time by whole operation.
• Conduct regular value stream reviews with Lean Manufacturing Leaders to assure the team drives significant improvements

Education, Qualification and training
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Discipline
• Black Belt is preferred
Experience or skills required
• 10+ years operational excellence experiences of manufacturing engineering or production management.
• Lean Manufacturing techniques, electronic purchasing systems, Kaizen and Kanban principles, and distribution technology, demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively function in a supportive/consultative role. Must be able to show success by influencing others
• Lean expert or equivalent, mastering lean manufacturing or similar operating system.
• Demonstrated abilities to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence, strong credibility and influence in the organization
• Proven successes by Solutions oriented with Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English
• Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment.

Measurement
• SZ and SH E-MS Major KPIs improvement from cost, WIP, cycle time, and quality perspectives.
• Planned own Gemba Kaizens completion rate
