Responsibility:
1. Customer Service support for Customer (Quality issue, PCN, RMA Policy);
2. Handling customer complaint and production in better control;
3. To monitor customer quality performance to ensure quality target; monitor products quality and reduce failure rate, to ensure products quality
4. Understand LCD competitor clearly, collect LCD competitor status in customer side;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronic Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent;
2. At least 3+ years Customer Services experience, LCD CS is highly preferred;
3. Easy-going and friendly, can keep good relationship with clients;
4. Good command of oral and written English;
