Responsibility:
- Under the circumstance of regional C&B direction and local law, working closely with HRM to initiate, revise relevant C&B policy for compliance
- Facilitate company C&B policy execution and follow up the effectiveness
- Involve in key C&B projects, e.g. annual merit increase, HRIS system, performance management system, C&B survey, benefit review
- Effective implementation of various payroll activities. E.g. monthly payroll processing, HRIS data maintenance etc.
- Responsible for routine C&B jobs, e.g. personnel file administration, employee movement, social insurance, reports preparation etc
- Process employee contract termination, renewal, retirement etc
- Provide coaching to C&B team for skills enhancement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR, finance, and business relevant
- 5+ years solid C&B experience, familiar with C&B related tools, in MNC preferable
- Good at office software, e.g Excel
- Prudent and careful, detailed-oriented
- Good communication
