Responsibilities:
Responsible for drive and develop a robust quality management that ensures the highest quality, minimizes risks and cost for both customer and company.
Works closely with engineering and operation team for effective quality control.
Closely monitor new program performance and make continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in engineering or quality.
10 or more years of experience with at least 5 years in Quality manager post. Experience in a Touch Panel and LED manufacturing is preferred.
Leadership in ";waste"; elimination and Continuous Improvement. Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification preferred.
Thorough understand of Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
Demonstrate skillful application of APQP, PPAP, project management skills,negotiating and influencing strategy.
Strategic ability to enhance Supplier Quality.
Ability to build relationships and credibility across the organization; works effectively with cross functional teams; able to function in a matrix environment.
Ability to get things done and multi-task; acts with a sense of urgency; able to prioritize; excellent decision making/judgment skills. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Station in PRC is required.
