NPI Engr. / NPI工程师
Position Details:
1. Performs product study and/or design review of the new product.
2. Ensures the readiness of New Product Introduction: PMP, BOM preparation, WI development, Equipment/Tooling/IDM identification.
3. Assists in conducting pilot run on parts for prototype, engineering and qualification build according to the planned schedule.
4. Attends to manufacturing issues during the pilot run stage and ensure that all issues have been resolved prior to mass production.
5. Gathers data on cycle time/UPH for all processes involved in manufacturing.
6. Provides technical support to production in prevention, resolving material or process related defects.
7. Trains operators on new processes and/or improvements on existing processes.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree majored in Engineering or Science.
2. At least 5 years experiences in wire bond, Seam sealing, Packaging or assembly.
3. At least 3 years experiences in optical or telecommunication, electronics industry.
4. Must be experience in performing design reviews, DFM analysis, Design of Experiments, root cause analysis, defect prevention techniques, lean manufacturing, and quality processes.
5. Familiars with NPI project management, PMP, BOM, ECN, technical documentation control.
6. Good English communication skills.
