Responsibility:
1. Directly handles design project coding
2. Responsible for digital design hardware configuration definition
3. Responsible for project documentation, including but not limited to specifications, flowcharts and state diagrams.
4. Ensures quality and on time deliverables.
5. Implementation of new platforms
6. Provide technical support/guidance to firmware/software engineers
7. Provide training to firmware/software engineers

Requirement:
1. Master  Degree in Electronic/ Process control / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years(Master)/ 5 years firmware/software hand-on coding experience
3. Working experience in supervisory position preferred, candidate without supervisory experience will be considered.
4. Knowledge in Embedded Controller and Digital Signal Processor required
5. Proficient in popular embedded control languages such as “C” and assembly languages.
6. Proficient in popular development environment and debugging techniques.
7. Sound knowledge on control theory important
8. Experience in real –time operating system an advantage
9. Hardware and peripherals design knowledge / experience important
10. Knowledge and experience on CMMI an advantage
11. Good command of English/Chinese, both written and spoken
12. Good communication skills
