职位描述

主要职责:
制定市场调研策略与规划
根据公司的需求, 深入研究并分析消费者行为
收集和分析相关行业/竞争对手/市场环境等各类信息
对给类活动及媒介进行评估及分析
结合公司发展需要进行各项市场调研, 提供参考数据及相关市场策略或建议
支持与配合其他项目性工作
开展与第三方市场研究机构合作, 争取资源最大化
协调体系内市场研究工作, 负责管理团队成员之间的配合及协同工作
合适的申请者

至少10年以上直销、快速消费品、化妆品、家居用品、个人护理、市场研究或相关行业的经验
具有较强战略思维能力、敏锐的把握市场动态的能力, 能将市场动态与公司总体业务策略有效结合
具有多项目管理经验
高度诚信
能经常出差
善于与不同文化背景、专业能力的认识有效沟通
硕士学位以上
普通话及粤语精通

About Our Client

Our client is one of famous top FMCG Health product companies in China. Since they set up the business in China in 1990s, they have grown themselves to become the market leader in their sector. Due to the business growth in the future, they are currently looking for one experienced Marketing Intelligence Director for China business.
Job Description

To identify information needs, provide recommendation on research design, methodology and strategy, analyze and translate information into actionable recommendations for the business.
Business Analysis-Bases on available primary and secondary market/Industry information, track and report market performance, trend using key indicators ( including sales, market share, awareness, usage and attitude , etc.) on a regular basis, and flag issues that warrant attention
Maintain a disciplined approach to ensure the usefulness and validity of the market research process, and identify potential risks of compromising the process.
Take charge in building internal and competitive information database
Take part in training local commercial teams about knowledge and ability to comprehend and use fact-based information in their formulation of marketing program strategies and evaluation of program impact.
The Successful Applicant

Over 10 years of relevant working experience in market research position preferably in relevant industries such FMCG or market research or related industries. The ideal candidate would have relevant research experience, with progressive knowledge and capability in both a supplier and user environment
Solid experience on project management
Hands on knowledge and experience in designing and executing research projects. China experience is a must.
Working knowledge of part or all of the key primary research projects mentioned above.
The candidate needs to be highly analytical and has strong numerical sense, preferably with a balanced background in both quantitative and qualitative research areas.
A passionate driven and proactive personality. Team player and yet has the ability to take lead on key projects. Highly motivated, independent, responsible and reliable
be able to frequent travel.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
