收集、组织、推动研发小组的创新工作，致力于结合公司内外创新想法，融入产品的开发当中。 积极配合中国市场部的上市计划，为新想法、新产品提供解决方案。结合本地市场需求设计新包装，确保其整个开发流程符合设计需求且按时完成。 积极配合中国市场部和越南市场部的上市计划，对总部开发的产品，进行产品的技术转移工作，跟进产品的包装工艺流程及相应本地化包装的开发工作，跟进产品上市及售后客户信息反馈过程。 配合其他相关市场要求（包括中国，越南及东南亚地区），负责其在中国或越南生产的产品项目进行包装开发及技术支持工作。 促进工艺流程的改善，提供节约成本的方案并实施方案，力图公司在保证质量的同时，利益最大化。 顺应本地法规的变更需求，提供技术支持和解决方案确保包装符合本地法规。 招聘、管理及培训部门包装研发人员，评估其工作表现，给予相应的技术指引，发展、提升其技术能力和领导技巧，以期更好地支持公司的发展目标。
合适的申请者
本科或以上学历，主修化工类相关专业； 5年以上产品开发及相关管理工作经验，含4年以上管理经验； 英文听说读写流利，熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件； 具备良好的沟通协调及组织能力，富创新意识； 具备良好的团队合作精神及顾客服务意识。

About Our Client
Our client is a global FMCG company that produces high-quality consumer products available in over 80 countries. They are looking for talented people to join their growing business in Guangzhou.
Job Description

Lead and organize innovative R&D team to combining innovative ideas into products in development.
Actively cooperate with China Marketing team for new ideas and new products to provide solutions.
Combined with local market needs to design new packaging to ensure it meets the design requirements throughout the development process.
Actively cooperate with China and Vietnam Marketing team, the development of products for the headquarters, product technology transfer work to follow up on the product packaging process and the corresponding localized packaging development work, follow-market and after-sale customer information feedback process.
Work with other related market requirements (including China, Vietnam and Southeast Asia),responsible for its products in China or Vietnam, packaging development projects and technical support work
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemical engineering related major;
5 years of product development and related management experience, including 4 years of management experience;
Fluent in English, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office office software;
Good communication and co-ordination and organizational skills, rich sense of innovation; Have a good team spirit and sense of customer service.
