职位描述

1、负责区域设计方案实施、设计深化、现场施工协调等相关管理工作；
2、负责部门内部业务管理、人员调配及评估，制定部门年度工作目标并指导落实；
3、负责与其它部门的沟通协调工作，保证设计进度及目标的顺利完成。
合适的申请者

全日制本科及以上学历，建筑学等设计类相关专业背景。
十年以上建筑设计领域工作经验，五年以上管理经验，三年以上大型房地产企业或甲级设计院同等职位工作经验。
熟悉建筑的设计规范，具备良好的方案设计能力及审美观；具备丰富的高端地产住宅方案或施工图设计管理经验，甲级设计院建筑设计专业出身，及具备大型地产公司同等职位经验者优先考虑；具备优秀的沟通协调能力、目标管理能力和团队管理能力，逻辑思维能力强，能承受强工作压力。
沉稳正直，细致缜密，工作责任心强。

About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest property developer in China, they mainly develop and operation large-scale of residential projects, with some commercial and hotel projects. Currently they are seeking to recruit a regional design manager to join in their south china office.
Job Description

Be responsible for the regional design management and coordination for the on-site construction work.
Be responsible for the department management, including planning, assigning task, staff evaluation, setting annual targets and ensure the execution.
Be responsible for communicating with other departments, to ensure the design process to progress on time.
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor Degree or above, major in Architecture.
Minimum 10 years working experience. Including 3 years Grade-A Design Institute experience and 5 years team leading experience.
Familiar with the Architect standard and skills, solid capabilities in design and design management. Rich high-end residential project experience.
Good communication skills and team leading skills.
Native Chinese speaker.
