Requirements (Education, experience and core competence , etc.)（要求）:
Minimum: BSEE/MSEE or Equivalent
? Typically five or more years’ experience.
? 3年以上相关工作经验
? Strong record of technical accomplishments.

? Works independently on complex assignments.
