Job Description

You will lead China transport team, covering the operations and business development of the transport. Specifically, you will:
Manage the daily transport operations of China transport network. Make decisions and give instructions on transport operations issues. Lead the China transport operation team to maximize the operation efficiency
Develop and maintain a professional and motivated team. Apply effective team building and leadership techniques
Communicate with customers to understand their business requirements. Work with operation / implementation team to manage the transport operation to meet or exceed customer’s requirements. Develop and maintain excellent customer relations.
Develop new channel and business for transport in China
Actively support, implement and participate in any strategic developments identified by SVP
The Successful Applicant

You will focus on the transport management and solutions, having in-depth insight of transportation market of China with minimum 10 years experience in logistic industry (3PL is preferred). Specially, you may need to possess: Knowledge:
Transportation operation or implementation experience
Transport management system knowledge
Network design knowledge
Transport routing design knowledge
Basic warehousing operation knowledge and Solid project management knowledge Characteristics:
Be familiar with prevailing industrial practices, but with mindset to be a game changer
High level of personal integrity
Strong entrepreneurship spirit
Self-motivated, willing to win, willing to success Skills:
Excellent communication, facilitation, consulting and interpersonal skills
