My Client is an international transportation leader with offices in more than 30 different countries globally, they are focus on signaling and transportation solution business(integrated transport systems in Railway & Mass Trans). Listed in 2000, they offer a whole cycle of project the most innovative technologies for the management and control of newly built or upgraded Railway/Metro worldwide.
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with experiences in railway and metro industry, preferably related to signaling market. Have an exceptional ability to work with China MoR, MTR and managing local partner relations for domestic and overseas business,, spearhead as well as developing new market opportunities and partner relationships. The Head of Sales & Business Development, leads and oversees the sales activates and efforts for Mainland China and Hong Kong market to achieve corporate goals. Reporting to the regional (Far East) BU VP.
? Building excellent long term relationship with existing client, partners and institutions and exploring more new business opportunities; ? Take leadership in all sales and marketing activities, like pre-acquisition, high-ranking relationship with client, bidding, exhibitions, liaison meetings, etc. ? Take leadership in inter-company collaborations, coaching and managing a high- performing sales team in a competitive and results driven environment
The Successful Applicant
? Strong international mindset with ability of influencing, dealing with changes,
? Innovative, Proactive, Motivated
? Degree in Science or Engineering (MBA is a plus) with a minimum of 10years of sales experiences and in-depth knowledge of Signal communication business, 15years of whole. Proven track record of having exceeded sales numbers and managed a team while developing new partnerships. Strong English written and spoken communication skills are essential along with a track record of managing sales team
