职位描述

当班时参与艺术廊的员工、销售管理
参与Cindy Chao 艺廊以及艺廊外的日常销售工作
参与Cindy Chao 艺廊的日常运营活动辅助组织
参与 用来促进品牌宣传和激发销售的VIP活动以及展览
与艺廊经理紧密配合，与市场团队紧密配合，促进销售的达成为现有客户提供细致入微的高水平服务
帮助建立良好有效的CRM客户服务系统联系潜在客户
主动了解并解决他们的需求协助管理艺廊资产，产品每周协助检察珠宝状况，提供珠宝维护
合适的申请者

3 年以上珠宝/高端腕表销售经验（或者相关领域：豪车，名表，私人飞机，私人银行，奢侈品旅游，高端保险产品）
与私人收藏家，高端客户具有商业联系
具有高端产品销售能力，并保存有良好的客户纪录（客户资源数据：有品位的政要，商人，私企高层，明星）
对Cindy Chao 艺术珠宝具有良好的热情，对奢侈品生活方式等有良好的认知
对内对外沟通能力好
注重细节具有时尚感

About Our Client

CINDY CHAO The Art Jewel was founded in 2004 encompassing 360 degree works featuring the lost delicate trade of wax molding individually sculpting a vibrant life into each of the brand’s art pieces. Symbolizing the ongoing metamorphosis in the advancement of both the brand’s artistry and techniques are the iconic butterfly themed Masterpieces. A singular one has been given life each year since the brand’s inception.
“The Royal Butterfly” was inducted by the National Museum of Natural History at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C, the world’s largest educational and research museum complex serving as the global beacon for the diffusion of public knowledge.
Her Black Label collections are highly sought on global platforms of premier auction houses including Christie’s New York, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Philips De Pury New York where exceptional biographies and introductions were dedicated to the brand.
In 2013, CINDY CHAO The Art Jewel opened the first global concept “Art Jewel Gallery” in Beijing, China. It was designed to provide an exclusive space for collectors to savor the brand’s hand-crafted White Label collection.
Job Description

Involved in daily sales activities based out of the Cindy Chao Gallery
Participate in Gallery’s daily operation
Participation of daily operation management including staff and products when on duty
Assist to organize & participate in VIP events and exhibitions to promote brand & generate sales
Work closely with the Gallery Manager & marketing team in a joint effort to generate new sales leads
Provide an outstanding level of service to all existing clients.
Help to build a comprehensive inventory system, CRM program
Contact potential clients to identify and solve their needs
Assist to manage gallery inventory
Assist to exam jewels’ conditions on weekly basis, arrange for maintenance if necessary
The Successful Applicant

PRC, 3 years above of retail experience in the fine jewelry & watch industry or relevant industry
(Golf, Luxury car, Private club, Jet, Cruise, Private bank, Luxury tourism agencies, high level insurance agency)
Has commercial contacts with private collectors, high net-worth individuals
With a proven track-record on high volume sales and client database with robust list of VIP clients
(industry: government, trades, entrepreneurs with good taste of lifestyle)
A strong passion for Cindy Chao, and an appreciation of arts & lifestyle
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Attention to details
English or French will be preferred
