职位描述
该职位会直接向合伙人汇报并一同工作。该职位，将参与境外及境内的法律项目，同时可以从此类业务中获得项目经验并且有机会直接接触国际性客户。除了并购领域外，会有机会涉及税法、商法及其他相关法律问题。除此之外，我们的客户也正在招募劳动法律师加入其团队。劳动法律师会处理包括但不限于以下的劳动法相关事宜：公司合规、与劳动法有关的文件、工资、社保、涉外雇员，股权激励，数据维护以及劳动争议解决等。
合适的申请者
作为候选人，你应该具备至少3-5年在知名外所或内资所劳动法领域/公司法等相关领域的执业经验。同时在并购、外商投资（包括但不限于反商业贿赂法、跨境资本市场等专项领域）、一般公司领域（包括但不限于知识产权等专项领域）、劳动法、普通法等有相关的工作经验。作为国际公司组的一员，你应该具备出色的中文及英文书面及口头沟通能力。从个性上来说，我们的客户更加亲睐思维活跃，有较高灵活度，具备自我激励能力并有意愿成为成功律师的候选人。

About Our Client
Our client is an expanding domestic law firm with ambitious plans in China through alliances with another global consultancy business. Their Greater China team has excellent track record in advising Chinese and international clients on a broad range of China and cross-border legal matters. Their main clients are leading global and national businesses including Fortune 500 companies, State Owned Enterprises as well as international financial institutions. They have a long term commitment to the China market and are keen to bring in experienced associates in a number of areas to join its operation.
Job Description
You will work closely and also report to their Partners in many aspects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in both outbound and inbound complex corporate transactions. You will also gain experience in those cutting edge cases and access to the international contacts. Besides M&A exposure, you will also practice in a wide range of general corporate area including tax, general commercial and other related affairs. In addition to corporate lawyers, they are also looking for employment specialists to join its operation. You will need to advise and assist with various matters ranging from overall legal compliance, employment documentation, wages, social insurance, expatriate employment, stock options, personal data protection, and labor dispute resolution.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you must have gained 3-5 years of employment / corporate or other related practice experience from reputable international law firms or local law firms. You should also have solid experience in M&A, FDI (including but not limited to anti-bribery, cross-boarder capital market and other specific area), general corporate (including but not limited to IP and other specific area), employment and common law. As a key member of their international corporate team, you should also have excellent command of English and Mandarin in both written and spoken. Personality wise, you need to be open-minded, flexible, self-motivated, and with a strong will to succeed.
