Ensival Moret has 7 manufacturing facilities include 2 plants in France, 2 plants in Belgium, 1 plant in China, 1 plant in Brazil, 1 plant in India and 15 service centres, a large number of commercial offices and a network of more than 80 agents for projects in the 5 continents.
Each of our manufacturing plants has a modern machine-tool stock for complete machining of parts of various materials and of various sizes allowing us a very precise finishing. Each manufacturing plants are also equipped with state of art and sophisticated hydraulic laboratories for both pump production testing and R&D developments. To complete this full service range, Ensival Moret has its own foundry bringing flexibility, reactivity and quick prototyping project.
Job Description

Primary Purpose 1. The Sales Marketing Director Asia, reports to the Sales Director EM Group & GM of Asia BU. This significant role will be responsible for total revenue goals of the whole Asia 2. In Coherence with EM Group growth Strategy develops a consistent sales strategy and implement sales plans and profile targets, insure the targets are met according to sale plan. 3. Determine annual marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.. 4. Participate to establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. 5. Control sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. 6. Identify and develop business opportunities in Asia. 7. Lead the ASIA & China Sales Team to expand our business in existing and new markets in China. Including Agents network in Asia 8. Oversee & Manage the Sales Teams in Asia
Our job mainly focusing on three areas, namely: Sales&marketing strategy; Sales Development; and Team Management.
The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant
Master degree or above with mechanical or chemical/process background.
At least 10 years experience with a significant experience in Management.
Preferably with a previous experience as a pump end-user, in an engineering company or in a pump manufacturer.
Technical sales to meet customer needs, experience with areas such as Chemical processing; solar power; desalination general industry; Navy; Oil&Gas; PE/PP; Phosphoric acid; Sugar Industry and biofuel; Slurry and Minerals.
International experience: , mainly in China and rest of the Asia countries.
Knowledge of ISO and/or API standard centrifugal pumps
Knowledge of sale & biding procedure for industrial equipment Open minded, Strong decision-making, Ability to coach, motivate, lead and drive a medium-large sales team. Fitting into group Value namely: INITIATIVE, RESPONSIBILITY ORIENTED, AUTONOMY, TRUST
Entrepreneurial and hand-on candidates looking for a big platform to grow.
Highly motivated and well organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Chinese & English, with good oral and written.
