About Our Client
Selle Royal is a global company with production of any kind of bicycle saddle for men and women since 1956, they have two factories in main land China, one in Jiangyin Wuxi and one in Tianjin. This job locates in Jiangyin, this factory has about 500 staff, 200 million revenue last year.
Job Description

Designing new process plants/equipment or modifying existing ones;
Sets up machinery and ensures that machinery operates properly and is properly maintained;
Collecting data required to make improvements and/or modifications;
Overseeing the construction of new plants; assessing safety and environmental issues;
Assists in evaluating production employees;
Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation;
Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities;
Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems;
Completes the duties of Blending Specialists as needed.
The Successful Applicant

At least three in chemical industry operations relating to manufacture of plastic articles, especially polyurethane foams;
Experience in managing people in cross functional organizations and team work;
Strong ability in chemicals handling, understanding safety standards and Quality control;
Excellent level in English language both written and spoken;
Minimum Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry degree;
Strong team player and capable of working well under pressure within a team environment;
Ability to coordinate process trials, testing and ensure successful transfer R&D projects to manufacturing
