职位描述

建立和执行IT类（软硬件、系统开发等产品）的采购策略，有效的采购体系和制度；
负责市场供应资源的分析，提供公司在销售方面的科技支持；
带领和培训发展一个3人团队；
合适的申请者

8年货以上IT采购经验，熟悉和了解技术类知识，能够理解IT团队和其他部门同事在IT方面的需求；
计算机专业或相关计算机工作经验者优先；
能够承担日常采购工作，并有经验设立采购制度和流程；
流利中文和商务英文能力；
诚实可靠
能够带领和培训团队

They have own R&D base as well as corporate with professional academic research institution, which help them gain a trustful fame in the market. With their rapid business growth, they are now building up a specialized indirect procurement team.
Job Description

To set and carry out the procurement strategy of IT products(including software and system development etc.,)
Responsible for analyzing market resources to support the sales business
To build up an effective IT procurement system and standards
The Successful Applicant

8+ years experience of purchasing IT products, familiar and knowledgeable of technical needs;
Bachelor degree in IT and technical working experience is highly preferred;
Experienced in carrying out daily procurement operation as well as set up procurement system and standards;
Speaks native mandarin and business English;
Owns integrity and honesty;
Ability to drive and train a team;
