业主要求之工作事项
合适的申请者
酒店管理、商业管理相关专业本科以上学历;
5年以上酒店从业经历,3年以上部门主管经验;
国际酒店品牌(如喜达屋,洲际,万豪等酒店管理集团旗下品牌酒店)管理经验,熟悉酒店管理标准及管理流程;
酒店运营管理经验,客房部与餐饮部管理经验。能为客人提供优质服务,同时满足业主对酒店的经营服务改善要求;
酒店财务管理与节约成本管理经验,包括固定资产管理与采购品等经营支出控制;
酒店销售管理经验,能完成酒店经营指标与有效推广酒店;
酒店开业统筹经验,能在有限时间内完成任务,包括人力招聘、设定酒店管理制度流程、酒店用品采购等;
酒店团队管理经验,有效的人力成本控制并激励团队;
对酒店工程、消防、保安要求有充分了解和认识;协助办理酒店开业所需牌照

About Our Client
Founded in 1997, our client is a properties group mainly focus on property investment, development and operation. They are now a renowned group enjoying good market reputation. Currently, they are looking for a Deputy GM to look after one of the group's remarkable hotel project in Guangzhou.
Job Description
The pre-opening coordination work, including license applications, recruitments, asset management,etc
Hotel overall operation
Hotel financial management
Hotel engineering management
Hotel Food&beverage and rooms management
Hotel sales management
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor Degree and above in Hospitality Management or Business Administration related major.
5 years or above in hotel industry, with 3 plus years at Department Head level
Hotel management experience in international chain hotel ( branded hotel under Starwood, Intercontinental, Marriott group, etc), familiar with hotel standards and operating procedures
Hotel operation experiences, including Rooms and F&B. Able to provide exceptional services and meet with owner’s request on service improvements
Hotel Finance and cost controlling experience, including Fixed Asset management and operating expenses control
Hotel S&M experiences, ability to achieve budget and promote hotel effectively
Experience of managing hotel opening process, ability to finish tasks on a timely basis, including HR recruitment, P&P setup and operating equipment purchases
Hotel HR management experience, able to control HR related cost effectively and motivate teams
Knowledge in Hotel FF&E, Fire Safety and Security standards and P&P
