职位描述
负责项目当地的市场研究、产品定位、策略制订、媒介推广、营销、客户管理等全流程的营销工作;
整合第三方资源为营销提供专业服务;包括但不限于:创意设计、广告制作、宣传推广、销售代理等;
对目标销售业绩负责,并统筹负责销售后期的签约、回款、收楼工作,建立客户信息数据;
负责营销团队的整体管理工作。
合适的申请者
房地产、市场营销相关专业本科以上学历,具备全英文环境工作能力 。海归、华人华侨、台港澳等皆可应聘。
5年以上房地产同等职位工作经验,有知名项目全程操盘经验,精通房地产营销流程和运作模式
熟悉亚洲地产开发及营销的相关法律法规,对房地产的行业特点及要求、经济领域和服务营销有深刻的认识
精通房地产开发、项目定位、产品定位、营销策划、销管管理、客户管理、成本管理、人力资源管理等运营管理知识
具有较强的房地产项目投资拓展、营销运作、销售管理等专业的顾问指导、审核评估、推进能力
留学经验的优先考虑。

About Our Client
Our client is one of China’s leading integrated property developers, with businesses comprising construction, installation, fitting, property development, property management, as well as hotel development and management. Currently, our client has over 100 high-quality property projects home and abroad. They are now looking for a Deputy GM sales & marketing to look after the expanding regional projects.
Job Description
Responsible for the whole process of sales & marketing efforts for the regional projects, including market analysis, product positioning, strategy, development, media promotion, marketing, customer management, etc;
Identify, manage and coordinate with external marketing resources, including creative design, advertising, promotion, sales agents, etc;
Track and monitor sales and marketing figures and transaction progress of unit sold and managing sales and marketing strategy changes in order to fulfill target.
Responsible for the overall management of the sales & marketing team.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or above in real estate, marketing and related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant real estate sales and marketing experience, with hands-on full cycle sales & marketing experience for reputable property projects
Familiar with sales & marketing procedures and practice, with knowledge for relevant laws and regulations, the real estate industry characteristics and requirements
Solid understanding of real estate development, project positioning, product positioning, marketing planning, customer management, cost management, operations management, etc
Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to interact with senior management, build and lead teams across multiple locations.
Preferably familiar with Asian culture;
Mandarin and English fluency is a must.
