与高层管理者汇报,该职位将会在全球人力资源业务伙伴职能承担一个至关重要的角色,为达成跨区域的业务发展目标,提供全方位的人力资源解决方案
承担高级战略专家的角色,该职位将会负责诊断基于业务发展需求的人力资源变革管理,并推广实施至各层级人力资源管理层面
尤其侧重在咨询层面,该职位将会以集团内部咨询顾问的角色,最大化人力资源综合模块的管理,支撑集团各层面人力资源项目的规划、发展和实施
此外,该职位也会负责人力规划、人才吸引和保留,绩效管理和企业社会责任等人力资源项目的规划和推广
该职位将会与集团人力资源的其他职能专家合作,负责不断建设和提升企业文化与价值观
合适的申请者

成功的候选人需具备大学本科以上学历,12年以上人力资源管理工作经验,其中不低于5年大型集团总部管理者岗位
极强的团队领导者和个人推动者角色
对人力资源跨区域项目有较好的理解和实操经验, 尤其侧重在人才发展、组织变革、任职资格、能立体声等方向

About Our Client
Our client is a one of the leading technology group focus on customer experience with across region business. Due to the continued growth and success of the organization, a dynamic opportunity has arisen for a HR Project manager to join the headquarter in Shenzhen.
Job Description

Reporting into to a senior management, you will play a key role in providing leadership and direction of the HR Business Partner function in line with the business objectives across the regions.
In this high level strategic position, you will be responsible for planning and implementing all human resources initiatives within the organization.
Specifically, this will involves strengthening the full spectrum of HR activities, planning and developing effective HR policies and procedures to support business growth, and acting in effect as an internal HR consultant.
In addition, you will focus on manpower planning, talent attraction & retention, performance management and cooperate social responsibility projects.
This position also collaborates with the Group HR team on major initiatives and/or policies or procedures and plays an important role in promoting the company culture and values
The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be a bachelor degree holder with minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience with at least 5 years team leader exposure gained in sizable group
Strong individual contributor as well as a team leader across region
Experienced with strong HR Business Partner role model is preferable World fortune 500 companies’ background within group base is advantageous
An excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
High level of confidence, professionalism and diplomacy as well as strong leadership and client servicing skills are important
Experience within consulting firm is highly preferred
