职位描述

负责公司系统整体的架构设计及构建
协助部门经理制定项目计划和控制项目进度
负责辅助并指导软件工程师和需求分析师开展工作
理解系统的业务需求，制定系统的整体框架(包括：技术框架和业务框架)
合适的申请者

具备7年以上软件行业工作经验，具备3年以上C/S或B/S体系结构软件产品开发及架构和设计经验
具备丰富的大中型开发项目的总体规划、方案设计及技术队伍管理经验
对JAVA技术及整个解决方案有深刻的理解及熟练的应用，并且精通 WebService/J2EE架构和设计模式，并在此基础上设计产品框架
具有面向对象分析、设计、开发能力（OOA、OOD、OOP），精通UML和ROSE，熟练 使用Rational Rose、PowerDesigner等工具进行设计开发
精通大型数据库如Oracle、Sql Server等的开发

Job Description

In charge of the internal and external system architect of the company
Help department head to set the project agenda, control the project process
Provide guidance and help to junior developers and business analyst
Based on company's business, design the framework and architect of the systems
The Successful Applicant

7 years of software development related experience, 3 years of development/architect/management experience on C/S or B/S.
Rich experience in project management, architect design and team management experience.
Expert of Java/J2EE technology, good at WebService; Able to develop based on OOA/OOD/OOP model; Expert of UML and ROSE
Good at development on database like Oracle and SQL server
