Job Description

Lead and coordinate the local Sales Team
Definition of Sales Strategies in accordance with Head Office
Propose and structure the local Sales & Marketing organization
Propose Sales- Budget
Propose new customers and new sales opportunities
Propose a long term strategy for the Chinese market
Propose local distribution network
Support customers starting from product recommendations, case studies and customization
Ensure ongoing knowledge transfer to the sales force (training)
Support the company at exhibitions
Define annual Financial Budget
The Successful Applicant

Hands on sales and can management a team
Technical Education (University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, possibly European Technical University Degree
Several years of professional experience gained in a similar position (in International/ European manufacturing company).
Experience in Sales and Marketing of mechanical (preferably hydraulic) components suitable for Mobile- or Industrial Machinery.
Advantage if knowledge of Hydraulic Systems
