Job Description
Reporting directly to the HRM, you will have responsibility for commercial insurance, employer's liability insurance, annual body check, employee's saving fund and various C&B project. You will involve in different small-scale benefit survey and analyze company's compensation & benefit in the market.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years C&B projecting and planning. You will need to have excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. As well as familiarity with Microsoft Office system.

职位描述
负责商业保险、雇主责任险、年度体检及丰盛人生储蓄金计划等福利项目的全国统筹和实施;
负责年度福利及城市指数调研及小型福利调查,分析公司福利水平的市场竞争力和提升城市指数定位,确保公司福利的内部平衡性及外部竞争力;
负责.薪酬福利沟通,管理和维护薪酬福利沟通渠道,开展多样化薪酬福利沟通活动,提升员工对薪酬福利的认知度及满意度;
开发及维护人力资源管理系统薪酬福利模块以及薪酬福利应用流程,提出优化建议及管理方案,以提高薪酬福利流程使用效率;
根据国家出台的各项政策或公司内部的实际需要,及时更新、修订相应的薪酬福利政策指引,并跟踪监督执行情况,从而确保政策执行的全面性及准确性。
合适的申请者
本科或以上学历;
5年或以上人力资源薪酬福利项目统筹经验;
具亲和力、良好的沟通表达能力及解决问题能力;
熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件。
