Job Description

Drive staffing performance to support business development;
Manage plant compensation and benefit practices to ensure internal and external equity;
Drive training and development system to build up employee competencies and organization capabilities;
Monitor the performance management system
Champion employee engagement and enhance employee relationship to support operation excellence in the site
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should be details-oriented and results-driven, with 3+years working experience in HR projecting. You will be a hands-on HR professional with strategic mindset, especially in HR projecting in in-house.
