You will direct report to HRD and lead a team of 20 people overlook Greater China recruitment. You will frequently interaction with business leaders and HR business partners, to formulate talent acquirzation strategy, design and drive staffing process, manage channels and also lead some executive level position recruitment. You will further grow the staffing team not only by size, but also by people's overall capability.
