我们的客户是一家欧美大型外资企业,现在深圳公司诚聘一位优秀的人力资源员工关系方向经理加入团队。人数约400人左右,主要人员组成部分包括研发,采购和供应链管理以及一般的后台支持功能部门。
职位描述
评估、改善及优化人力资源员工关系管理体系及流程,专注于构建和谐、健康的企业文化;
根据集团层面的管理系统和国家及地区的相关劳动法律法规,协助公司完成员工合同签订流程及细则;
负责集团层面员工激励、奖励及惩罚机制的体系搭建和维护;
定期完成企业内部员工满意度调查报告,并进行有效评估,根据结果采取措施提高员工满意度和企业文化构建参与度;
根据企业规定,高效解决企业员工关系事件;
协助制定运行公司员工关怀项目,建设优秀雇主形象;
合适的申请者
全日制大学本科以上学历,人力资源管理或应用心理学等专业优先;
至少6年以上人力资源员工关系管理工作经验,有成功解决员工关系事件工作经验者优先;
熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规,具有高度危机防范意识;
优秀的沟通及表达能力和文案写作能力,能够协助起草集团内部相关规章制度;
高度的工作责任感及团队协作意识,能够培养带领团队;
流利的中英文口语能力。

Development and implementation of an internal communication strategy for all locations and legal entities of China.
Job Description
Development and implementation of an internal communication strategy for all locations and legal entities of China.
Managing the information cascade from management to all employees, bundling of information to target groups, structuring of information in terms of content, time and tonality.
Structuring all information media for all target groups and support other departments in developing and conducting their internal communication within the given guidelines.
Publisher, Editor for selected internal communication media, including GlobalLinc.
Make sure the HR compliance for all China facilities and implement HR audit
Implement employee engagement satisfaction survey and work out action plan for all facilities in China
Employee contract and termination management, handle the dispute resolution between company and employees
The Successful Applicant
More than 8 years’ experience in HR field which includes more than 3 years’ experience in Employee Relationship
Familiar with China Labour Law with experience in labour arbitration related;
Bachelor Degree above;
Good team player with proactive thinking;
